Bill has been involved with real estate and development since 1976 and is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Our niche is free-standing buildings with less than 10,000 square feet. Currently our tenants include professional and medical office buildings. Bill also developed the first condominiums in Statesville, NC as well as the first conversion of an apartment complex to condos in Concord, NC.
