When we offer “build to suit” construction, we mean it. With 20 buildings and 120,000 square feet of space, Creekside professional offices can be sized from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet. With no limitations on floor layouts, our interiors can be custom designed for each tenant. Perhaps you want an atrium lobby flooded with light. Maybe a contemporary design with chic interior offices. We’ll leave those decisions up to you, and can provide design assistance as needed.
